No... its not hetalia.... but there is a new avatar the last airbender Role Playing site thats open to OCs and has a pretty cool synopsis. The site'll be starting up soon enough, and I'll get a link once it does. Mostly... this site is completely dead, but if you want to join into something else, then that offer stands. Just... idk... reply or something so I can get a number for how many people want to join. Everyone is welcome, but there will be a prerequisite that you have already seen the entire series if you want to join (and probably that you have semi decent writing, but most of us aren't guilty of that).
